I am looking into getting a new front bumper and while i was lookin around, i found that some say that they are front bumper covers.. i am just wondering what exactly this means, and if they are a good idea to be buyin. thanks.

it is basically the same thing. Technically a new front bumper is a "bumper cover" on these cars because the bumper itself is concealed behind the "bumper cover" which we have came to call the bumper. That was pretty confusing probably- so in a nutshell Get the bumper cover if you are looking for a new front bumper for looks.

 

may i ask why you are lookin for a new front bumper cover?

 

I want to get a Cobra front bumper... I dont really like the front of my car, and i like the looks of the cobra fronts

Thanks for clearin that up for me machone, i understand now... the plastic peice is not the actual bumper.. as i think if mustangs had actual bumpers, like trucks, they might look a little funny.

 

make sure you go with polyurethane.

I just ordered my cobra fogs from there. Pretty good price, but no hardware came with them. That's okay though...a couple dollars will cover it.
