Free airbox mod

RE: Free airbox mod
Ya, Im going to go with 66 on that one too. The airbox mod is for someone who just bought their car and doesnt have money or for someone that doesnt have money at all to add just a little more performance from their car. The intake is way better, get one with a larer MAF in it and get some larger fuel injectors (Larger MAF w/out larger fuel injectors is kinda pointless) The CAI also looks nice. I wouldnt spend like $200 on a K&N or BBK though, your just paying for the name there.
SO do the airbox mod if you want, but ultimatly a CAI is the best way to go.

RE: Free airbox mod
Ok, everyone is still confused, I don't know how it can look tacky, what I've been talking about doesn't change any of the looks in the engine bay. Like I said about you just take out what's in the fender, which you would do for most CAI's anyways and if you've got a nice stock replacement filter it's not really gonna make a difference unless you just want the looks. The only way it would be different is if you get one of the kits that takes the air from way down below the air dam.
