Default new engine trouble

i blew my 95 cobra engine with a little too much nos and replaced it with an older engine that was professionally built with good pistons, cam etc... i dont' have the throttle responce or power that i am expecting out of the engine and am wondering if there are some computer issues or something else that i am not thinking about. any help will be appreciated.
i used the same injectors intake and everything else from the 95. any ideas?

without knowing all the details and if your using a larger cam then I would suggest your having 'puter issue as the 94-95 'puter are just a bitch to work with alot of people have been fab'in in the ole a9l in some of them

So is your new engine a cobra engine as well or is it just a regular GT?
