Alright short and sweet what would be the best combo?

BBK X Pipe w/o Cat or BBK X w/Cats 2.5" on both
BBK Short H Pipe
Flowmaster American thunder Force II
Magnaflow Catback system

What is the difference between an H Pipe and an X Pipe?

The X-pipe will deliver better performance. a little more w/o cats. if you go w/o cats, keep your H-pipe so you can swap out for emissions testing.

The H-pipe delivers less performance but will give you a better exhaust tone. Your stock H has 4...yes 4 cats. If you go H, replace it with a better performance one.

Straight through exhaust will give you better performance. Magnaflow is one of the best.

Hope this helps.

How does a brand new 2004 Mustang GT's processor tell if it is running rich or lean if it has no cats?

No need for MIL's if you get the pipe w/ cats
