306, Worth?

I can buy a 302, bored to the 306 with the forged TRW pistons, Oil pan, Oil pump, Roller chain, timing cover, waterpump, B303 cam and 50 oz Alm bal. Only has 4300 miles since rebuild. Whats it worth? I can get it for 450.
