Check out www.fordcobraengines.com for some good prices on some kick @#$ crate motors. This is just my opinion but you are thinking about your whole engine build wrong wanting an engine to turn 8,000 rpm because it would be cool is retarded (sorry couldn't think of a nicer way to put it). The #'s that matter are Horse Power and Torque.

 

yea, your absolutely right... I think I'm just going to get a nice engine with forged internals...
