Hey all~
I rebuilt my T45 about 400 miles ago, and I'm running some basic dexron III in it to break in the synchros and get all of the assembly lube into the fluid. In the next few hundred miles I am going to drain it and put in some good stuff. I wanted to know what you guys would reccomend that would provide the smoothest shifting and be the best for my transmission. I was planning on Amsoil.
I'm doing the same thing with my engine as I had to do an oil pan gasket and rear main, and I'm giving any dust/particles a chance to get in the crappy oil. I think I will change my oil today, goin with valvoline max life.
