Default gear swap in progress

I just game back from Alamo Perfomance with a RICHMOND ring and pinion set .. the installation kit is coming in tomorrow .. total was $360 = 3.73s

So other than the installation kit and the ring and pinion, i do not need anything else..
correct????

How can I fix the speedometer with the new gears in??

Are you planning on installing them yourself?
The reason I ask is I had mine done by a dealership. I believe you have to set backlash by installing shims, there may even be a special tool to do that (too tight or loose and it will self destruct) I would assume the install kit comes with seals, crush washers and friction modifier.

I have heard of 2 methods of speedo correction-
1. Performance chip
2. Speed calibrator (black box wired into car)
