Default convertible motor??

Top not working, I hear a clicking noise from the motor, do the lines need to be bled? How do I check the fluid level? Where would the fuse be located, relay switch? It is a 1992 v6. It had been sitting for a few years, just started to refurbish it.

Thanks

Just put another motor in, this one actually makes a winding noise but no movement with the top. Any suggestions?

did u put a NEW motor in, or a used motor, if it sounds like its turning, then there might not be fluid in the lines
