rod are hard to bend but do twist is this what you mean?

i bent one like an S #2cyl. there only good for 500hp..[&o]

eagles are good for around 1000hp, you must have had some serious pre detonation to bend one

It's never a tuning issue....always a product problem

eagle sir rods was making to hp with the 175 shot ,,spun a bearing,,crank is shot needs a .030 on rods???h beams are way to go i got this motor for a friend who was getting out of it ,,,never fired up,,for real cheap..with victor jrs,,$2000.00 for long block with out cam and rockers etc.
