i was thinking about getting like a 2002 or 2003 mustang but i wasnt sure what to get. i was think of either the normal 6 cyl. or the gt. can someone tell me which of those two cars would be easrier to find performance parts for and also if either can be supercharged and how much the superchargers run for this car. thanks

 

well the year is your choice..... Id go with a GT instead of a 6 though..... Theres no use in having a stang if its not an 8... wheres the fun in that...... You can do a lot of aftermarket stuff to both of them, but you'll find more adrenaline in the 8..... They do make more stuff for the 5.0's and 4.6's....... Now superchargers depending on the brand your looking anywhere between 3 and 5 grand......

 

No question, get the GT, especially if you want to upgrade it. No use starting with less, you'll spend way too much money just bringing the V6 up to the GT.

 

Go with the GT, then if you want major power, upgrade internals, exhaust etc. and put twin turbos on that thing and watch it fly.

 

or you could go with a v-6 and save 100's in insurance to pay for a turbo and bust a gt's ****L*[sm=smiley36.gif] and not counting the 1000's less in price..you can find 04's 6cyl for 12k now

 

It all comes down to your skills with the suggestions here.

Yeah a turbo is bad *** but i hope you have some skills since it would kill you to have it installed.

My vote is for the GT i love V8's but thats me.Theres nothing like a V8.The feeling,the torque,the sound!
