The power driver's seat in my 1999 GT works when it feels like it. It was a serious problem this morning when I left it all the way back and my daughter had to drive it.

Is this likely a bad switch or a loose wire? Do I pull the seat or just pull the switch to dig into the problem? Thanks.

 

Which ever would be easier for you to see what is going on. It's only 4 bolts holding the seat down.

 

for a week i had to drive with the seat in its highest elevation......how embarassing [] then it magically started working again.
