hi, i have a 331 with a vic jr, 700 cfm carb. i was woundering if that does not pass emissions, can i lean out the air/fuel ratio and make it pass? its going in an 86 mustang.

Ya we would lean out big blocks, almost glowing they were so hot then fatten em up right after testing. In illinois we play the games as long as possible with state. We usually end up with some type of waiver.
