if this is pink, i dont know why, but anyways, can some one check out this site for me and tell me what you think. its www.spiralmax.com. they say it adds 35+ hp becuase it takes air form ur intake and swirls it around creating better combustion. it's cheap and it sounds okay, but would that actually be better for your car? looks a little off the wall to me, but lemme know if you think it could add a little performance.

 

also www.turbonator.com has the same idea. spirlamax has a $10 off tho WILL THIS WORK??!!

No this is not a supercharger and if you dig far enough you can find a past post on these where it was repeatedly said and i agree that they are an obstruction and if anything hurt performance.

This thing is as useless as the electric turbos.

 

but not nearly as useless as the:
co2 purge valve
speaker installation bov sound
muffler inlet bov sound

i know theres a crapload of fun things to add to a civic tho

 

heh, i was in aap the other day and saw an item that attaches to your exhaust tip to create the sound of a turbo spooling. I'd die laughing if I ever saw one installed...

 

if you buy it you deserve the results....*L*you would be better off in using a leaf blower as a supercharger

I highly doubt it worked.Theres no way of really building boost and the few measley pounds it was lucky to make werent even noticeable i bet.

I think the key number in their claims is 0. If THEY thought it was worth a damn, a zero wouldn't be there. I'd say wait and save up for a good fenderwell intake (Ex. MAC or BBK).
