Code 1413...wtf?

So my smog pump was destroyed when I crashed my Stang a while back. I was getting an OBD code 1413, Auxilliary Emissions Error or something like that, so I purchased and installed a new pump. I reset the computer, and though the check engine light went off, it came on about a day later. Same thing happens every time (done it about 3 or 4 times).

I take it to AutoZone and they tell me that my 1413 translates to "SAI system low signal" or something to that effect, and that it means I'll have to replace my ECU. Is this so? Or can someone with better Mustang-specific knowlege help me out here?

It's a 5 speed 2000 3.8

perhaps theres a P in front of it?like P1413 maybe?

lol doesnt sound like u need to replace your PCM but you never know

but u do need to find out what this 2ndary air injection is referring to

Yeah sorry about the P, all that gave me was 1413.

Thanks for the info, you've give me alot more to work with than the "Hey let's see what we can sell him" guys.
