Well some headlights are bolted into position so there should be no adjustment.. But others should be bolted to an adjuster plate or held in by adjusting screws... you should have a vertical screw on top and a horizontal screw on the side of each headlamp....

Mello's partially right. all headlights have some form of adjustment. there is a screw on the inside behind the headlight box that adjusts the aim. there's one on top and one on the side for side to side. the whole headlight box moves when you do this, not just the bulb inside the box.

A little helpful advice, once you find the screws, find a garage or the side of a house to point your lights at. Then adjust them to your liking.

whats the best tool used for the adjusment? I'm not sure what to use. The adjusments on my Ranger were a bit different then the Mustang. All i see is the two screws. IE on the driver side light (wich is out of alignment) one is on the right side one is on the left.

Where as on the Ranger there was one on top and one on the side

If i remember correctly all i ever had to use was a phillips head screw driver, it does seem like i had to use an alan wrench on one of my mustangs though. You shouldn't need much to align them.

Geez, mine are a hell of a lot easier then that. You don't even have to pop the hood to do mine, there's a screw on top and on the side for each light. Good ole four eyes.

Hey, car chicks are the best If I have a daughter she's gonna be like the baby in the valvoline comercial. The one where the guy's talking to someone about the car and you see him on a creeper and a little baby on a mini creeper stickin out from under the car. My girlfriend and i want a little house with like a garage twice the size. She talks about what she wants to put in her bays. It's nice to have someone with taste, like when you're walking in a parking lot and there's an old ~65 coupe and she goes, will you get me one of those? lol
