How do you take off the door moldings? I'm getting the car painted and would like to have them painted separately.

If youve got eletronic windows you need to remove the window regulator handle... the plastic part of the door that has the controls on it.... you should be able to pry the top if out first then the bottom will release... All your wires will be held into place with screws take them out.... there might be a couple rivets also... Remove the door handle trim cup, should pry out.. .and then along the door you should have more plastic rivets that you pull out, (when reinstalling you may want to use new rivets from ford, there cheap)... Then there should be retaining screws from where you took out the door bezel from...... Then the panel should just lift out... Remember to disengage any wiring harness's....
