ehh bypassing the factory amp shouldn't be too hard, I have plenty of friends that have done this with similar problems to yours

 

I keep trying to read up on this but am unsure what exactly to do to bypass the amps? Just wish someone could give me a hand because I dont want to pay to have this done because I have no problem with any stereo equipment hookups and installs just never done anything with a factory amp before, only aftermarket.
