Default underbody metal vibration

Hello to all,
long time lurker, 1st time poster...here is my situation...during the 1st 10 minutes or so of driving, when I get up to about 2500 rpm in 1 thru 3rd I'm getting a real bad metal to metal vibration. It's really frustrating, I took it to the dealer, and of course they couldn't find anything wrong. I have flowmaster axle back. Anyone have any suggestions??.....

What year? Do you get a clunk when put into gear...possible u-joints. Also, do you hear it more on a bumpy road. The muffler could be hitting the axle in certain situations. You make it sound like it goes away after 10 minutes...does it? Is it in the engine compartment, center interior, or rear of car? Need more info.

2005 GT, I never hear anything when putting my car into gear. When I leave for work in the morning I'm on nice smooth, level concrete. I know it's not the mufflers vibrating, and yes, the noise does go away after 10 minutes. It's really wierd. It's sound to me like it's comng from the center of the vehicle...
