who's idea was that? If you live in a northern climate something AWD might do well during winter months, Subaru Impreza for example... but a lot of japanese cars are very reliable and get good gas mileage

i may buy a saturn for around 500. if you do normal maintenance on those they will ge tnear 300k out of them w/o major repairs

I was also looking at ford rangers as well. Probably the 4 cylinder version

who here has fun driving a mustang in the snow? I know I don't. That's mainly why I need a 2nd car, for winter and also though for when my stang needs work

big empty parking lot + stang =

i would recomend a ford fiesta[8D] then once you stop laughing, try and find a used truck, i would actually try and find a powerstroke, decent gas milage, @$$ loads of torque, and go as fast as the stang for cheap

haha i got to drive one of those at work the other day. F 350... the boost gauge goes up to 40 psi... haha diesels are so great

im rolling in a 91 Buick Century for my crappy weather driver. Best $1000 bucks I ever spent! It's great for winter too with the FWD and the 6 bannger isn't too bad on gas mileage. No need to worry about door-dings either since its rusted all to hell. I get terrible looks from everyone judging me in the ol grandpa are when I drive it, but don't bother me a damn bit....I know I have something much better waiting on me in the garage to tool around in.
