hey, is it true that if you hook up an a pod oil guage then your dash one wont work?

depends on where you hook up your gauges....

if u use the stock location they yeah your stock one wont work...but if u use a different location then they both will work fine

i know that sounds pretty straightforward, but i am not sure what you mean. i have mine in an A pillar gauge pod and the one in hte stock locale (in the dash) isnt working, somehting not hooked up right?

sounds like whoever hooked it up used the stock location of the oil sending unit instead of using the plug next to it to install a second sending unit for the 2nd gauge...

check it out and there shold be 2 sending units by the oil filter if not theres your issue
