Default Mil Eliminators, What are they??

Hey guys I need some help on this question. If I get the Mil Eliminators I do not need the 2nd set of O2 sensors in place correct? I just need the first set then the eliminators to cover the 2nd set??

Im not exactly sure what you mean by "in place". The mil eliminators just turn the rear 02's off.. they still need to be "in place".. that is; screwed into the midpipe.
