Default problems with p.i. heads

i just put 2001 gt heads and intake manifold on my 96 mustang gt and i just put it together and when it is cold it runs good but after 15 minutes it starts to run sluggesh and my check engine light comes on. does anyone have any tips?

What else did you change? Did you just swap out the heads and leave everything else alone?

Cams, Timing, Valves????

yeah all i changed where the heads and intake manifold the timing was off at first but now seem to be fine i think it is a vacume leak but i dont knwo why it only happens when my engine heats up

SOunds kinda like you have a rocker that may need adjusting, any kinda knocking or ping?
What about FPR, PCV, or the EGR.....
