99 cobra sale

In a few days, I am about to purchase a used 99 black SVT cobra with about 58,000 miles. Is there anything particular I should inspect on the car?

Check to see if the "Fix" has been done to it, aka the recall. Otherwise it isnt putting out the HP it should be (more than likely anyway, not all 99s had problems)
