transmission fluid/Diff oil

I am wondering what most people use in the way of transmission fluid and Differential oil. i need to change both of these so i also dont know how much each hold. it is a 99 GT T-45 transmission.

Manual trans and rear end normally get 90 weight gear lube. 80W-90. If you have the owners manual it should tell you exactly what to use.
