of course you can . . .its the same body style. but what you'll need is a pricey list of stuffs. Obviously first you;'ll need the cobra engine. Next your gunna need a better transmission, im sorry buddy but the transmission u have for that V6 wont handle the power of a terminator engine. so your prolly talkin anotheer 2 grand there. i believe you hafta get all new mounts (correct me if im wrong) And definately need to change your exhaust from single to dual, but that might come with the engine depending where you get it./ this definately isnt lie ka week project, its prolly sumthign that will take a while to do. Also dont forget you hafta change your computer over and everythign as well. when it comes down to price wise i think your looking between 10 and 15 grand, i think thats a lil bit of an overexaggeration, but its sumthing to set yourself at.

you need

motor, tranny, suspention, rear end, drive shaft, breaks, engine wireing harness and OBD2 system, motor mounts, exhaust, and probably a few other pain in the **** things

either
A.) sell it and buy a cobra
or
B.) go with a procharger from VMPtuning.com with a powerpack from supersixmotorsports.com, plus the exhaust and other small things and you can always destroy a cobra

Are you just making conversation?

Any reason you DON'T wanna just buy an 03-04 Cobra right away?

Sure it's all do-able given enough money you can stick a Terminator engine into a Ford Focus. The advangtage there would be, once your're done you'll have something truly unique & different. But swap an engine or tranny into a car where that engine/tranny was a factory option, and what do you wind up with? If you do the work correctlly you wind up with an even more expensive version of what you could bought "off the rack" a lot cheaper..
