i have a 95 sc cobra vortec v1. ihave oil in the intake and the car smokes under load. i think the car is buliding to much oil pressure.th e car has 53000 on the motor so should be in good shape. only running about 6 pounds of boost . just bought car and never owned a sc mustang befor so idont even know where to begin. any idea will be helpful. ps the car has a vavle cover brether is also soaked in oil.

if you have oil in the intake it's either coming from the sc itself (meaning the bearings are shot and the head unit needs to be rebuilt) or it's coming from the vacuum line from the pcv valve (positive crankcase ventilation). take off the the intake pipe and see if there is oil in the sc. replace the pcv valve if you still have one and either plug the vacuum line going from the pcv valve to the intake or put an air/oil seperator in the line. consider adding more breathers to the valve covers (i have 2 on the pass and one on the drivers and no pcv valve). good luck

so pluged of the lines where the vacum line going into the sc and add a oil seperater and still smokes as bad so it ahs to be coming from the sc itself does anybody no howmuch vortec coast to rebulid a v1.thanks
