engine numbers
hello all new here, just bought my son a 67 mustang and we took the starter off to read the engine numbers. this is what he saw: EOAE D3C5. I believe the D3C5 means it is a 1973. what I do not know is a 1973 what, 289 or 302. Can anyone help us. i have looked all over and can not seem to locate what the other letters mean. thanks
