Default ok heres my deal

my brother drove up from nyc last week. they just happen to give him a 06 v6 for the rental.

WOW i want one this car rocks !

ok i could swing the V8 if i save more pennys but i was wondering if i had to buy the v6 which seem quick enough.

what are some simple mods i could make to the v6 that would increase the response of the restricted emissons.

thanks and hi too all

never had a muscle car or a sports car but i think i need one now. LOL

ok thanks for the fast reply.

and yes the v8 would be the way to go maybe i need to look under my couch for more pennys. LOL

you only live once mind well go for it.

if pennys don t add up i know a k/n air filter might help a little is there also a chip to replace for better fuel and air management on the v6 and how much.

thanks again

my brother with the rental bought the new saturn sky redline on order maybe he will see the car in 2 months

he wanted me to buy a sky too but the mustang might be more of the car for me

oh one more important question would you guys go 5 speed or automatic

i thought i buy the auto but i test drove both and the manual might be the better of the 2 for me.

that's a tough one....... flip a coin, heads = manual tails = auto
seriously tho, get whichever fits your driving requirements

good luck with your new baby stang

Either way you go, it's a Mustang, so you can't go wrong. BUT it takes A LOT for one of them to run with a GT, I mean if that's what you're goin for. I have a friend that has a very nice V6. I'd own it. He spent over 10,000 in mods. Pretty much everything you can get aside from supercharger or NOS. He runs a 14.6 in the 1/4, which is VERY respectable for a V6. I raced him and it wasn't even close in my near-stock GT. Totally wiped up the floor with him.
