if you mean 03 cobra, then thats a lot of cash. if you mean an older cobra, then that's probably a good idea considering it's pretty much the same thing with a couple differences

 

the main difference is 4v>2v and even better 4v>v6. what ever you get you will fell a difference. and most of the time people dont put the shaker scoops on with the engine anyways.

 

since you dont need the shaker part you might as well just look at a 96-01 cobra engine...

 

the idea for the shaker on the 03-04 machs came from CDC's SN95 shaker hoods. and no you don't need a shaker for the mach engine.

 

i thought they came out with that after the machs....

 

i seem to recall them installing one on a 96 gt on horsepower tv before i recall the 03 mach 1's coming out. i remember thinking how it was funny that they did that and the mach 1's came out not long after so it kinda lost the unique effect. lol

I remember that Horsepower TV show, and they specifically mentioned Ford's new Mach I. It was in 2003 when the show aired.
