Air-bag indicator warning code

The air-bag light on my 93GT flashes 3 times, pauses, flashes 4 times, then long pause, then repeats. Can anyone tell me what this indicates?

Anyone? I had a tech tell me that it was the left-rear ABS sensor, but I don't have ABS!
