When im driving down a road which has bumps in it it feels like my wheel is almost leaving the road and i hear a tapping noise like somthing is loose. Its not touching the wheel well or rubbing and ive had everything checked out. Do i need new struts or somthing. I really dont know what else it would be? If they were shot would that cause this kind of a problem.
