What kind of oil is reccomened for a 98 cobra?? A ford dealer said Motorcraft brand thats partial synthetic.......sound right?? When i take off im having puffs of white smoke come out, mind you there is only 44k on it. My mechanic said could be a bad valve and he said not to worry right now! Not unless i want to fork out big bucks to have the motor torn apart. Today someone mentioned just different oil could possible take care of this. ANY input is much appreciated!!!!

 

I am told that Royal Purple is the best of the best...But also told that it is very costly.

 

I would run whatever weight oil your car takes in full synthetic.
