Glad to see no one got hurt. Like a couple others are saying, that's grounds for a lawsuit.

Should call your local dealership and check your vin for any recalls that have not been preformed.

 

well, i was looking into this, and its happened to A LOT of people.
and my cars never been in an accident, so its a defect.
but the suing ford thing...... i'm really going to have to think about it...... lol

 

i know the feeling.had my 62 fairlane hood hit a brand new parked f-350 while going about 50 .minor hoodpin oversight.......its like its there one second and then POOF! it just goes strait up!not a good feeling......but i ALWAYS check my hoodpins now.

 

you should paint it black and tell everyone it carbon fiber
