Default Basic mod help.

I was looking to keep things basic on a 1999 GT. I was thinking Exhaust system, intake, some simple things that fit the average persons wallet but are nice to have mods and are effective. I was pretty much looking to keep it simple as exhaust, intake, headers, and port and polished heads... all breathe better mods, but am I missing some nice small mods that are more important than those??? is porting and polishing 4.6 heads really worth it? how much does it usually run $$$ ? I just want to keep things simple, without taking a big bite into my wallet, I want a well rounded clean GT appearance wise and performance. Thanks for the help

do the headers and exhaust upgrades first, then go to the intake and heads for the best overall performance improvement results. make it breathe easier on the exhaust side first then go to the intake and heads.

I hope your wallet is a little larger than most. Headers cost between 200 and 500 depending on maker, Mid pipes go for 150 to 500 depending on type and maker, catbacks will go anywhere from 200 to 600 also depending on maker.

If you wanna port your heads and get bigger stainless steel valves that will cost you between 2000 and 2500, and that doesnt include the polish. Its a pricey job upgrading cars.
