Default Ive got a timing question Too?

Well I noticed I got my 83 stang 3.8L outta shop, I just got the flex plate replaced, and the timing all adjusted, I noticed when my car gets at normal temperature, I turn my car off, then wait a few sec's and start it again, Its seems like its hasitates, Its was doing it before I brought it into the shop they adjusted the timing while it was warm to correct it, Now its doing it again, I guess re-adjust it, Would anyone know what tool i need to break the bolt loose, I cant get it loose with a wrench, ratchet wont fit? any Ideas?

They make distributer wrenches (just a bent wrench) or you should be able to get it with a socket and a swivel
