rear shock tower brace

I was wondering if anyone has installed a rear shock tower brace on their stang. I want to know how hard it is to install and how much you have to modify the trunk.

in fox stangs...you have to remove the shock cover squares and maybe file a little notch on the bottom part of the square, then bolt the brace up...
