Tremec short throw or UPR

Hey, right now on trusty ebay ther is a tremec for like 90 bucks, and ther is a upr for like 135. Des ne one have any opionions on tremec?

What model Tremec? If it's a stock T5 or T45, don't bother. Stock, they suck. Period. They are barely adequate enough to handle the torque of a stock 5.0 or 4.6 engine, so when you upgrade for power, you stand a chance of blowing up your transmission.
