heyy guys i was just wondering what free mods i could do to my stang its a 2002 gt
ive already port and polished my throttle body and took the screen of my MAF sensor
any ideas will help i just wanna get some more power fast before the dream cruise

Well you can take out the air silencer from the intake for free lol, but really I don't think there are any mods that are free that are gonna give you any noticable power difference.

 

best free mod on earth is drill out the rivet in the seat so that it reclines all the way back and remove the ear looking things from the seat so they don't bang

 

My seat hits the rear console thing, i don't hink it would lay down all the way

 

I'd put the MAF screen back in and look into purchasing mods at this point.

 

ya the only problem is that im leaving for college in like 2 weeks and
im having a hard time getting money to mod it. thats why im doing free mods for now.
but ya why do you think i should put then MAF screen back in??

 

take the bunny ear seat belt ****s off the chair and it wont hit anything until the back of the chair rests on the rear seat

When I installed my CAI I had a pretty good sized piece of a leaf that was on the MAF screen, I have no idea how it got past the K&N air filter, but Im glad it didnt make it into the motor. Do you honestly think it helps anything?

 

ya i was looking at my screen too and i decided to
put it back on i had a few pieces of leaf
but idk if it duz my friend put down 3 more hp on the dyno
and every little bit helps at this point.

 

yea .... 3hp vs blown engine due to crap passing the sceen.

ohh and are you sure the 3hp wasnt from something like .... different gas.. different time / temp ...
