Default Trouble shifting gears

About a week ago I had a really hard time shifting into all gears. The following day for some reason all was well, gears shifted actually smother for some reason. This morning driving to work for some reason it would not want to go into 1st, I actually had to turn off the car put into 1st and then turn on the car. Then 2nd and 3rd were a bitch to get into but 4th & 5th were very smooth. Does anyone know what the problem can be?

Thanks in advance
Jimmy

Hey e40water, it is an 86gt. Also another issue... [:@] now my turning signals are screwed up. Either left or right the turning signal stays on instead of blinking on or off. I check to see if any bulbs were out but they all seem to work???

I know what is wrong you have [sm=smiley15.gif] gremlins [sm=smiley15.gif] livin' in you car. Go to church and ask for an exorcism.

Oh well a hope you can get to the bottom of it before more sh!# happens.

GOOD LUCK

HAHA CDN Rhino, Ok Importdis right on youre drivers side under youre dash near youre fuse panel their should be a round greyish or clear big fuse Its called a flasher fuse that controls the blinking of youre turn signals, Just got to the parts store, and ask for a turn signal flasher, That should fix that trouble for ya.

I found the flasher and replaced; now blinkers are working again. Thanks e40water.

I also found an article online in regards to adjusting the clutch, fairly easy. Clutch feels so much better. Thanks all.
