Default Need Some Help

I just sold my 1999 1.8Q Turbo Audi. It was a good idea it cost way to much to maintain, but was fun while it lasted.
I am looking into buying a 2001 V6 never worked on a mustang before, just wondering what can to done and if you get a decent speed out of them.
I work part time at American Eagle and dont have a huge budget.
Need help
Thanks

If ya got extra cash, swap it out for a donor V8. Slap some GT badges on it, Stick on some dual pipes and your set.

You can get a junkyard motor and tranny for under $1500.00

The V6's really aren't built for speed and if it isn't a GT then don't put GT badges on it...by swapping in a different engine you decrease its value. Save up a little and buy a V8 would be your best bet IMO because if you don't you'll regret it everytime you see a GT. Welcome to MF by the way.
