The other day I got pulled over about five minutes after I know I churped the tires. I really dont feel like paying this fine, what does the offense 90/16 mean? and all he wrote as a description was Harsh Obj. Noise. Has anyone delt with this type of ticket before? Did you pay it or take it to court? Will it effect my insurance?
