anyone know how i can get my driver window up? i think the motor might be out.. or it could be the relay or something...

i is there anyway i can get the window up for the time being untill i can fix it?

 

the first thing that comes to my mind is that maybe there is some bad wiring in the door. you will have to take the door panel off and either try to figure out why the motor is not working, could be as simple as re-soldering a couple wires, if it is more exotic of a fix you could dissenguge the window lifter and manualy ( lift ) raise the window up your self and then raise the assembly to hold the window in place. but i would start with taking the door pannel off and inspect it and tell us what you see..

ehhh i fixed it. one kick to the door and the window went right up.

 

My 89 GT has the same problem.
There is an intermittent in the window
motor when it is fully in the down
position.
My tempoary fix is not to put the
window fully down. nAfter a
while the kicking will not work. And
it will happen in the rain...

I bought a used door ($25) at englishtown and plan to remove
the motor.
However I put powwr to the motor and see no action.
