Does a sn 95 have a rev limiter???

Mine is bogging down at 5500 and then shifting....is this it?

The EEC does indeed have a fuel cutout type rev limiter in it. But I don't believe it is your problem.... 5,800-6,250 is when the fuel cuoff occurs IMHO.....
