One other question, ive never installed one before, and i saw that that MGW came with some tools, so would i just be able to do it myself?? just wondering

Another happy B&M Ripper user. Never had any problems shifting with it.

I do like the adjustability of the MGW though. I'll probably get one of them if I ever need another shifter.
