Go out and buy the haynes manual for the car if you don't have it already that will be the best thing to do besides online articles and it can be used for other things down the road on the car....

As far as I know all that holds the rear rotors on is the wheel and the brake caliper itself.
U take the wheel off, loosen the two bolts that hold the caliper. the bolt heads face the inside of the car. Lift the caliper off carfully and hang it with a piece of wire to protect the hose.
The caliper should just come off with your hand.

like you said the rotor should come off but sometimes they don't so make sure and have a big hammer and hit on the back side of the rotor and then rotate the rotor and keep hitting untill it startes to move. i had to really swing the hammer hard when i did mine. the rear calipers were a little weird when i went to put them back on they didn't want to push down onto the pads those springs were holding it up on the pads and you really have to push down on the caliper or the easy way is to stick something into the caliper(not the side of the caliper but the back side of the caliper) and push it down so you can get the caliper bolts back in.
