Default Installing 347 Stroker

New to the forum today. Been driving a 1987 LX and am switching over to a 347 stroker and converting to MAF. I got all the stuff and direction for the MAF conversion but have a few question.
I just pulled my EFI 5.0 motor and will be installing a EFI 347 Stroker. Could someone help me out with what I really don't need under the hood after install is complete. I know the smog pump is not going back in but is there other stuff I really don't need? I see some vacuum stuff with wires to the rear of the wheel well on the passenger side. Is this stuff needed?
Also, concerning the 2 fuel lines, I am converting to the nice fuel rails. How do I convert without having to use the original fuel rails containing the vacuum unit?

I'm sure I'll have more questions later. Thanks.

Default RE: Installing 347 Stroker

Hi all,
Did I miss something here. Being new to this website does not make me new to mustangs. I guess I can easily go to the shop manual and get the answers to my questions. Not a problem. I'll figure it out.[&o]
