Default PCV delete??

I read some signatures from some of you guys saying that u remove your PCV system. Does it yield any improvements in performance? any info would be appreciated, thanks in advance guys

It's actually better to have low pressure in the crankcase. The engine vacuum is the easiest (environmentally cleanest) way to achieve this. Race cars and non-emission controlled cars can use the exhaust to pull the vacuum on the crankcase.

You most likely won't see the difference in power in a street car.

^^^this is true...but the main reason people delete the pcv is to keep oil from getting pulled into the intake tract. just plug the pcv and intake and use breathers/catch can or run an inline oil/water separator in the vaccum hose going from the pcv to the intake

Forgot to put that in. I don't run PCV on either of my classics that are running.
