I was just wondering how fast corvettes are..2000-2006 Zo6 and non Zo6.. I wanna know if ill take one before i go and get whiped by one.

 

My friend has a '02 ZO6 that runs high 12's stock. he put a CAI and a tuner on it and runs mid 12's now. You would have to have around 400hp to match one.

 

If you are running against a new one I suggest you got that 175 armed. The new c6's do 12.5 right from the factory.

 

I can run high 12's without the nos

 

If you can run 12's without the nos then it would be a good race, with the nos you should take them.

 

time slip, and i will show you a cookie, code3GT runs high 12s with an 8k motor and a **** load of suspention mods with 4.30s

 

All my slips are at my moms house up in sac where i run the car. its not hard to run high 12's in a mustang... you should know that (MustangMan) check this site out.. he has a stock motor... i have everything that he has and more except subframe conectors and my battery is not in the trunk... my car is also carburated which gives more power but worse fuel economy and throttle responce... I am also talking about a fox body mustang not 94+ mustangs which are much heavier.

C5 - Low 13s
C5 Z06 - Mid 12s
C6 - Mid 12s
C6 Z06 - Mid-high 11's

 

well corvettes are fast a 02-04 zo6 corvette runs 11.94 at 117 and 8th at 7.94 at 94 mph with one hell of a driver but all you need is practice dont belevie me check this out http://www.gmhightechperformance.com...vette_feature/ and by the way i just got it handed to me bad by one of these in my v6 e320 benz i knew i was going to get beat btu i just wanted to see what it had and it had alot got me by 20 lengths and my car is not that slow runs 14-15's at 90 something

regular c5 ls1 corvette runs low to mid 13s at 108-110 but these are easly put into the 12s with minor mods

new c6 runs 12.5 at 118 0-60 at 4.4

now the new c6 zo6 runs 11.3-11.7 at 126-129mph 0-60 in 3.3-3.6 seconds it all depends on the driver and air,temp,altitude but they never get anything bellow 11 seconds unless a idiot is driving i would not try to mess with this car unless you have a 600rwhp cobra or some serious mods becuase your going to get it handed to you bad.

 

haha that's because code3GT has a MOD MOTOR...not too mention he's got about 12k in that motor (which is why "nobody" builds na mod motors)...he's got a pretty big shot now so he's a lot faster

hot85's setup is plenty good for 12's na....
