oohh... im thinking it was a bolt on or something. So you just add it in with your current coolant?

Prolly wanna flush it first and get in some nice fresh crap.
But yeah, just plop it in your radiator with your coolant/water

well I would go with a new alum rad. it will take care of the problem also you might want to put in a electric fan and lose the other one for 5 hp gain... but the rad will be the ticket...also if you have a automactic trans a coller for it will help the trans and the engine will run about 10 degrees cooler

well wadeb3 - I have the same trouble from time to time, when I am on the hwy my car temp stays really cool, Just when I am idling in traffic it starts to get a little over half way mark, Maybe even 3/25 hot on a really hot day, Ive got new rad water pump, heater core, I am running no thermostat in summer months, Theres no need to. I heard alot of people using that wetter wet stuff really works.

Eh, thats kind of dangerous Mr.
From what I hear running around with No T-Stat will do somethin to the engine, can't remember what.
But the engine needs to run at a certain temp or something.

Think it had something to do with Air/Fuel ratio?
dunno... ask nhdungeonracer about it

Thanks for all the advice, fellas. Some of it I'd already tried, i.e. Water Wetter, flush, etc. Looks like I might be going with the aluminum soon! I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again!
